From your page on Bohol Tour:

"On this spot, was the blood compact between Sikatuna and Rajah Humabon, that took place in the 1600's. "

I thought it is Sikatuna and Legaspi.

Kumusta Ming! First, let me say congrats on such a nice site, and for your stance on eco-tourism! I am a Military retiree who spent a total of 11 years in the Philippines. I am planning on retiring in the Philippines in the near future. I love your country for it's natural beauty, and the hospitality of the Filipino people, and not for the large resort hotels and resorts. The info you provide on the Camotes Islands is on track, with what I am looking for in a retirement location. Let's hope and pray that any future development will stay ECO-Friendly.

hi..Ming am so happy to have visited your site. for sure its just an accidental when i was thinking of visiting Camotes Island once again. for your info i had an eco-tourism study on the virgin island before it was discovered. i was still making my paper on research as part of my course requirement in Urban and Regional Planning graduate study in the University of the Philippine way back 1998. my professor was approach by Ronald Carcellar who was then the Vice Mayor of Poro and the Chair of the Tourism Council. the first time i saw the place i was so convinced that the pristine area would somehow be a great attraction to the world and true enough they made it. my support for your cause will always be open and am willing to help through my knowledge in development. presently im the head of the Social Development Section of the Cebu City Planning and Development Office. you can email me with this address. thanks and more power to you...
